Top 50 Richest Nigerian billionaires Men

For a long now, there has been a silent battle of who's who on the list of nigeria's richest billionaires. To quench the thirst for knowledge and put an end to this long time exaggeration, i decided to carry out an individual research. The comprehensive result of this research is what i want to share here.

Most people on this list decided to lie low and avoid the lime light of the Forbes ranking but they are billionaires by all standards. These men and women stinkingly rich because they were able to spot best small business ideas that others miss. They are rich because they took advantage of the business opportunities in Nigeria. I also want to let you know that if all these men should declare their assets to Forbes, it will raise some dust for some of them and it will also create a battle for the first position between them. These men and women are testimonies of the daring spirit of Nigerians; if you want to learn how to start a small business and join this list, then read on.

The criteria for coming up with this list is this:

1. By the value of their shares held in quoted companies.
2. The size and market share of their companies
3. The number of companies they own and its assumed value
4. The market value of their company's brand
5. Their political activities, leverage and shrewdness

  4. though i must commend you for taking your time to do this, but your list doesnt make sense at all. First the one who had help a political office should never be there unless his assets was declared before that. Also there net worth and assets must be mentioned to confirm it. Truely amd wealther than some names i saw here.

  15. Yes, I can agree that the list is highly inclusive, but names of those that fed from the national treasury should not be included. But again the list didn't tell exactly how much each person worth, I think the main aim of the research should answer the question of ....HOW MUCH???

  19. How can you said that these Men and Women are rich?is there anyone of them that inherited wealth from his or her forebears?you said that the richest black man only received #500.000 naira from his grand father in 1976.My Predecessor was born in 1909 and inherited wealth from his grand father and father at the age of 24 1933.in 1956 he transfered the wealth to his grand son who was born in 1932 at the of age 24.then this his grand son transfered the wealth to an unborn child in 1974 before the richest black man is given five hundred thousand naira to start with.in 1981 I was born and the wealth transfered to me at age one in 1982.according to the history it was 4billion naira that I inherited in 1974 before the richest black man collected #500.000 from his grand father. My inheritance has grown or increased to more than 1billion percent.I don't believe the report you gave concerning the richest men and women in Nigeria or Africa at large.I am the richest man and my mother is the richest woman in nigeria and africa at large.I am King Nnamani Kenechukwu the Monarch of Nigeria and the Mayor of Enugu State and also the traditional Ruler of Akpugo in nkanu west local government of the State. My Adopted mother is Pastor Anita Odegwa,Ex-wife of Pastor Chris Oyakhilome.and my biological mother is Nebechi Nnamani a petty trader but her father was very rich he was my direct predecessor.have a lovely weekend from King Aguinyi Ogbodo 111.
